Ruben Guzman, M.D.

Dr. Guzman is an experienced obstetrician/gynecologist who offers a wide range of services within the obstetrics and gynecology specialty, including medical care through pregnancy and childbirth, as well as gynecological care.

Before completing medical school, Dr. Guzman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Wagner College in Staten, New York where he graduated with honors. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Dr. Guzman is currently the Chief at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for Peace River Regional Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and has earned numerous awards and honors.


Nay G. Hoche, M.D.

Dr. Nay Hoche specializes in prenatal care, labor and delivery, post partum, high risk pregnancies and gynecological care.

She received her medical degree from Georgetown University, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology there. During that time she was Chief Resident for Resident Education and Chief Resident for Medical Student Education.

Dr. Hoche served as a research assistant at Georgetown University Hospital, where she participated in studies on postpartum depression. During her residency at Georgetown University, she received the String of Pearls residency teaching award and the Hugh H. Hussey Residency Award for Excellence in Medical Student Teaching.

Before completing medical school, Dr. Hoche obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology and Neuroscience from the University of Miami, and a Masters degree in Physiology & Biophysics from Georgetown University.

Dr. Aimee Young is an accomplished obstetrician/gynecologist who specializes in prenatal care, labor and delivery, post partum, high risk pregnancies and gynecological care. 

Before completing medical school, Dr. Young obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida where she graduated with honors.

She received her medical degree from the University of Florida, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Iowa Hospital where she was elected administrative chief resident.

Dr. Young is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and has a current membership with the American Medical Association. Her affiliations include American College of Obstetricians and Gynecology, American Medical Association, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society,.

Experience

Aimee served as a research assistant in the department of rheumatology studying lupus using flow cytometry at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.
During her residency at the University of Iowa Hospital, she completed a resident research project in the patterns of recurrence in vulvar cancer following radical hem-vulvec¬tomy.

Renee Peet, CNM, ARNP

Renee Peet, CNM, ARNP

Board-certified Nurse-Midwife

Renee is an accomplished nurse-midwife who specializes in prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.

She obtained a Master of Science degree in Nursing (specialty in Nurse-Midwifery) from the University of Miami, where she received the Nursing Alumni Award and the Sigma Theta Tau Academic Excellence Award. She previously received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Florida State University, where she was on the Dean's List.

Renee is certified by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and has a current membership with that organization and the Florida Nurses Association. She served on the Women's Services Process Management Team and the Perinatal Committee at Lee Memorial Health System and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society of Nursing.

She also served as Director of Midlevel Provider Services and Director of Nurse-Midwifery/Nurse-Practitioner Services at Lee Physician Services, Fort Myers, Florida. Before joining Comprehensive Women's Health Care, Renee was a nurse-midwife at Lee OB/GYN Associates and at Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, both in Fort Myers.
